About Us

APEQ Partners, LLC

Apeq Partners was created to be a one-stop investment shop so that new and experienced real estate investors may add or increase real estate assets to their investment portfolio with minimal involvement.

Apeq Partners focuses on acquiring multifamily assets in San Francisco and the Bay Area based on the funds objective(s).  The firm will then manage the asset(s) to maximize both income and value until the end of the outlined investment timeline.   Additionally, the firm will be responsible for all administrative aspects of the fund for the investors.  If there is an exit of the asset, the firm will also lead the effort to sell the asset and distribute the proceeds.

Mission Statement

Apeq Partners' mission is to make our investors our priority to help them successfully obtain returns that are consistent and positive through investing into commercial multifamily real estate. The company is focused on creating tremondous value beyond expected risk-adjusted returns through various strategies to take advantage of local market dynamics (e.g., San Francisco Rent Control as a positive lever in value creation) that improves, both, income and equity value.
